sponsors, meant to promote ideas, goods, or services. Here, S.M.Worldwide
Sdn.Bhd. using medium of advertising like internet, newspaper, radio, leaflet,
and banner to promote and influencing people purchase their products (Big
Bird’s). So, this questionnaire to measuring the effectiveness of customers
towards Big Bird’s advertising campaigns.
